Rates are based on double occupancy, except for the Upstairs Carriage House, where the price is based on up to four people. NO SMOKING inside the Main House or the Carriage House. A full country breakfast is served each morning included in your rate.

Garden Room
Newly Renovated, This large, comfortable room includes a king size bed , flat screen tv with wifi streaming capabilities. The garden room has a wonderful view of the grounds and of the lake.
Green Room
Colonial style, queen bed, private bath with shower. Room is air conditioned and has a view of the lake.
Master Bedroom
Elegant decor, queen bed, single sleeper sofabed, original porcelain tiled bath with tub and shower. Room is air conditioned and has a central view of the property and lake.
Sun Room
