All rates for our luxurious Bemus Point lodging feature private baths, free Wi-fi, and most feature fabulous lake and sunset views. Rates are based on double occupancy, except for the Upstairs Carriage House, where the price is based on up to four people. NO SMOKING inside the Main House or the Carriage House. A full country breakfast is served each morning included in your rate.
